I instantly fell in love with Maharajah and since I've developed an irritating tickly cough over the last couple of days, I think I'm entitled to some retail therapy.

After some encouraging from parties to remain anonymous (you know who you are ) I've just purchased Mini Morning Gossip.

I really need to find more time for stitching. I want to start both my new acquisitions right now!

Oh dear went to look at the new charts and ended up buying cat fishing it is so cute could not resist it. All my resolutions up in smoke so that is 4 bought this time.

I am going to be at my LNS on Friday and am thinking about the fabric for Giraffes. Unless I decide to go with white since it really is the best choice I think to make the colors in the designs really pop!
It is so different from any of my other projects that I am itching to get to it. In which case, any of the anonymous stitchers who are also going to be working on it are welcome to join in any SAL thread I start, unless they start one first cause I don't know exactly when the start would be. How is that for confusion??

I was planning on doing Giraffes on white. I think it would look so clean and pretty and the colors will really stand out.

And thankfully, I think I happen to have a large enough piece of 18ct white Aida at home.

I'll be on the look out for someone to start a SAL. I'm not starting until someone else does.

I'll have to go through the list and see what I need to get. I know I don't have any fabric big enough (due to lack of storage space I don't keep much of a fabric stash) and I'm not sure if I have all the threads. I may just have to make a trip to my LNS soon.

I made the mistake of checking the site on Monday (when the sale wasn't extended yet ) and couldn't resist, so I added Tarot Town Two to my stash even though I'm wondering atm if I'll ever finish the two (small) charts I've started (not to mention the three other charts in my stash)

Jo, I have had The Ranger in my wishlist along with several other LOTR charts. Want them to become minis so I might get a few done. I hope you won't wait too long to start it because its almost as much fun to watch it being stitched as stitching it is.

Today I think. I wouldn't be surprised if it goes on until Sunday, since that is Father's Day here. I thought it was a bit early, but I already have 4 and am trying to be very good since I just had to get new tires for my car.

Well I just made the mistake of clicking that link. That one is so cool! I was able to resist the urge to add it to my stash, but just barely. Let's see if I can actually stick to that decision.
