Hello from Tennessee

Post by wickedshoestring »

Hello all! I just found this wonderful place! It will be nice to be able to chat with fellow stitchers! I've stitched on and off since 1998 and in the past two years began stitching daily. I picked up the needle and thread again and haven't looked back. :) I live in a very rural area and am looking forward to browsing the site to find good places to order supplies online and to pick up helpful hints and suggestions.

Happy Stitching!

 Hello and welcome to the forum from South Carolina! I'm so glad that you found us. We love to talk about stitching (and lots of other things too) and stash and definitely stash gathering and web sites that we love (and don't love). You have definitely found the right place. What types of projects do you like to work on?

Greetings from Colorado and welcome to the forum. I only found it a few months ago, and even though I have been stitching for 30'ish years, I have learned a lot, discovered new designers and sites (we are a group of enablers), and seen a lot of beautifully stitched projects. Have fun exploring.

Hi and welcome from another Tennessean. So far the best place I have found to order patterns and fabric from is 123stitch. I'm sure there are other places but I seem to order from them a lot.

hi! i am new here myself--and totally new to stitching. i hear you about being rural! i do a lot of online ordering because my nearest walmart or a.c. moore is almost an hour away! that is great that you stitch daily! i am right now--but i don't think so when i go back to school teaching.
