25 Weeks of Stitching Update:

The stitching is moving slower now than it was before my very long break, but I think a lot of that has to do with having 2 very mobile children that need lots of attention I usually have to wait until they are both asleep to stitch, and then I have to prioritize sometimes about cleaning or stitching... Since I teach piano lessons out of my home, I have to keep the place somewhat clean, so stitching takes a backseat a lot of the time.

Anyway, Cogsworth showed up this week! Partial stitches are hard on aida. Still, I love how it is coming along, and each week I get a little closer

This looks great and makes me reconsider my Lion King. I'm still debating if I want to do it, but I know if I do, I will be switching to lugana or similar. I love seeing this one; you're doing a great job on it!

I loved stitching cogsworth he came out so nicely - and I totally know what you mean about the fractionals. I'm going to try switching to an evenweave/linen for my other piece to see if its easier (though to keep it the same size i'd need to go for 36ct my poor eyes )

26 weeks in, and more progress. Lumiere and the puppy footstool are here! Lumiere still needs his flames, so hopefully I will do those this week. I hate working with the pearl filament, but it must be done. Here is stitching from this week:
