2014 Christmas Ornament SAL - Come join in!!

Well, this is a bit of a cheat... I've stitched but not made it up, and I think it needs a year date. I think it'll end up as a biscornu, although a bit large to hang on the tree (4.25" sq). One day, I intend to have a biscornu tree. On the other hand, this might end up as a little wedding gift, in which case, I'll have to think of two ornaments for March!

Nearly finished with CCN's Reindeer Stable! Hope I have enough 321 to finish it today. Then, it's a quick press, a couple of beads for the eyes and the button.

Love Love Love the varity of projects here It gives me so much motivation to work on x-mas every month I am so looking forwards to x-mas and not stressing cause i didn't finish enough ornament gifts-a tradition of mine that has grown with the family--I do a tree and everyone gets to pick one ornament to take home.

Anywhoo here is my March onament-a few days late,but that pesky life stuff gets in the way of my stitching

Lovely stitching everyone.

I'm ahead of schedule this month - have managed two more cards. The one on the left is a repeat but on blue this time - it's a very quick stitch - might do a few like that. I haven't stuck them in the cards yet, hence the shadows

Everyone's pieces look great! Here's my April piece: Snowmen Trio by Cottage Country Needleworks, stitched on 28 ct with DMC. Love how simple & quick the CCN & LHN designs are while still being so cute! I'm going to try to finish this one into a flat ornament. ...the colors are a bit off in the pic...the brown branch is more brown in real life and contrasts well with the "leaves".
