Thank you Amanda! I have put in my request to join the group. For someone who doesn't love FB I belong to an awful lot of cross stitch groups.
If I kept up with them all I don't think I'd ever have any time to stitch. Posting about stitching probably takes more time from my real stitching than anything else does.

Ooh - this gives me a chance to thank you for your you-tube videos! Totally restarted me as a x-stitcher! Whole else would you recommend on you tube?

I love your HAED work and also the hand dyed threads you use.

Welcome back and thanks for sharing your beautiful work. I love the variety of designs and styles. The Little Red Riding Hood ismy favorite...or maybe the Picasso...or the Twisted Band...oh heck, I just love them all! Off to your youtube channel now..I've been following it for awhile...well done!!

Thank you Myst!

Thanks for watching Quietmind! There are a few of us on "floss tube", but some of my faves are Aysh @ Sticky Stitch, McKenzie @ The Lovely Array, Jessie @ Jessiemariedoesstuff and Jan @ Threadgarden - probably because we like and stitch the same type of designs. There is also Stitching Mae of course (formerly of this parish) who sort of kicked the whole thing off :).

Thank you Debby! Yes, my taste in most things is rather eclectic to say the least - stitching being no different! For a second when I read your comment I thought I'd stitched a Picasso @rotfl: though I would have remembered stitching Guernica - then I realised you meant my little cute Pablo!

Here's my update on Hortus V - it does get a bit tedious stitching the same thing four times, so instead of picking something else up, I'm doing a bit of stash reorganisation as I've just taken delivery of some more of Mo's silks! This one should be finished and beaded by the end of the month :).

Finished Hortus Viridarium on 22 September and to the horror of many it has now taken up residence in the Drawer of Finishes!

I've also finally made a start on Crimson Fire Sampler by the Victoria Sampler after having the Elements series in my stash for the last two years!!

:applesauce: :applesauce: Beautiful beautiful finish!!! Won't say anything about the Drawer of Finishes since i would have to plead guilty to having one myself.

Love the new one!! Looks like it will be lots of fun to stitch! Updates on that one please!
