Started this last night. Not sure if I will use it as a Mother's day card or Birthday card yet. Got enough time to decide as either wont be until next year, but I just couldn't resist starting it...

That design uses beautiful colours. Whatever you use it for it is going to be very pretty.

Finished all the stitches, just the backstitch to go now. Also washed it as I wanted to test out just how easy it is to get rid of the gridded lines, plus they were annoying me as I didn't use them even once... I lost it a few weeks ago and couldn't find it anywhere, so I had a few weeks sulking and refused to do any the other ones I am currently working on until this appeared!

I think I might spy some of the grid lines still...

What a beautiful piece you just finished the cross stitches for. I can't wait to see it with the back stitching. Oh, and how awesome is it :whoop: that your God daughter sent you that picture.
