Another lovely update to Starry Night. And it's nice to see Sir Lance-a-Lort make an appearance. He is starting to fill up. I love to see what his belly looks like with all of those lovely colored threads.

Sir LanceALort is MIA again.

My teen son is sleeping on the couch, so I had to take the pic in a different spot...and kind of hang it on a chair. It also means I cannot sit in my corner and sew. :tantrum:

Anyway...here it is.

I'm having issues with the forum today. I had posted responses to people...but timed out and lost them.

I appreciate everyone who takes the time to look and/comment. and I am still thoroughly enjoying working on this.

This piece is more and more amazing each time I see it. Hope you find Sir Lance-a-Lort soon. I love watching his belly fill up with pretty threads.

Sorry. He's only missing from the picture.

He's a good little soldier and was just standing on the table by my stitching spot. But I didn't want to wake my son up. He was up at 3:00 moving to the couch. Apparently there was something flying in his room. I'll assume he meant something like a house fly or moth, and not a saucer. he hates bugs. And since he's allergic to them, he will leave if they are around. A bee or wasp, he'll wake me up, but a spider, fly, or moth, he'll just leave.

I'm so excited every time I get to see this one. You're making wonderful progress and stitching it beautifully.

So he won't wake you up for flies and such, but will for bees and wasps - I get that...but will he wake you up if it is a flying saucer? :-)

Yay for another Starry Night update. I have to admit, I love the fact that Sir Lance-a-Lort's tummy looks like it matches the swirly colors in the piece.

Thank you for sharing your update pictures.
