I'm glad you figured out early you weren't happy with the fabric. I also didn't like using 25 count. Maybe my eyes are starting to get too old...and the stitches felt so tight. But I do love the look of it when others use it.

I'm looking forward to seeing more updates. :D

Glad you feel happier using a different count fabric. Look forward to seeing this again as it is a brilliant design :)

Can't wait to see this progress. I have So many books so little time in the wings as i'm slowly getting everything kitted up. It will be my first HEAD as well. I cheer you on as you go forth on your adventure first.

You are one of my most successful enablers!! I'm hoping to get back to it soon - I had such plans for today and all of the sudden it's after six and I've accomplished nothing!!

This is where I was a few days before my vacation:

And this is shows the progress I made while on vacation:

I took it off my Millennium and worked it in hand, and it wasn't bad. I might continue that way for awhile and then put it back on the frame.

When we were busy, we were very busy. But my son and d-i-l had to go to school in the mornings and had homework to do at night, so I had some "me" time with the dogs in the mornings, and we were home most of the nights. It was perfect.

It's coming along so beautifully! I don't think I could ever work on a HAED while on vacation. I have been known to bring along smaller projects...especially when I'm accompanying my husband on business trips. I look forward to seeing more updates on this one. :D
