Moon Hare - not stitched by me

Post by fccs »

This is Moon Hare, stitched by Kim. She is the one who gave me Curl Up and we decided to send the finished pieces to each other. We started the same day and if we were racing, she won hugely!

Anyway, it was framed by Hobby Lobby, without glass, because Kim likes the idea of people being able to touch the stitching. It’s now hanging in my guest room.

Isn’t it fabulous???!!!

What a great idea to do a swap

I love this design and have the charts in my stash ( I think they were in WOXS magazine ) I had fogotten about them and now I have another to add to my to-do list.

Beautifully stitched and framed. :applesauce:

'Fabulous' is almost too mild a word for your friend. Try 'Extraordinary'. Seems appropriate to me.

Regards,

Richard.

:applesauce: :applesauce: :applesauce: Wish your friend was a forum member so we could have watched as this truly fantastic piece was stitched (have you tried inviting her to join?). I love your idea of swapping too. Your guests are going to be very lucky to share the room with this beautiful bunny!

Carole, she was a member but now shows her work on Facebook and Instagram. Kim was/is “msufly” on the forum.

Beautiful and atmospheric picture. I can understand why your friend does not want him under glass : I can see his coat and want to stroke it :) What a fabulous swap!

Late with my appreciation of this, but it is simply lovely. How lucky are you to be able to admire this every day? :D :applesauce: :applesauce:

Thanks for the kind words on my stitching everyone! I stopped checking into the forum once I had my 1st daughter...I didn't stitch for 9 months! Then I was busy being a mom and Facebook stitching groups, Flosstube & Instagram started up! I'll try to visit here more often!

So glad you love my bunny Debby!
