Despite neither 'needing' and saying that I won't stitch another Wrendale......I am SERIOUSLY tempted to buy "Grow your Own" with that fantastic Rabbit!! :tizzy: :tizzy:
I like the mice as well....But All That Yellow!!

I am still struggling with Pamela Puffin! :tantrum: All those greys/black/cream /beige and off-whites!!
There are just some designs that "flow" easily and are a delight.....If it wasn't a Puffin I would have given up by now!! :tantrum:
I shall put up a photo when she's finished!

Debby, those two kits are so precious!! I know that one day I will succumb and have to buy one of these wonderful kits--problem is to decide which one(s)???

I know. I have pretty much figured out that when a feline appears, I will most likely cave in and get one, even though its a kit, but since I made my own rule about kits, I can break it whenever I want!

Yep. Your rule is yours to bend and break. Bothy kits are really high quality.

Wendy, I hope you will eventually feel that Pamela Puffin has been worth all your hard work - it's a shame the stitching process isn't as pleasant as in some projects :-( but she is lovely!

Wow, lovely finds from the charity shops, Maureen : the books are so different with lots of charts in them and the Just Nan Sampler is very pretty. It is SO exciting finding cross stitch related items for a few pennies :whoop:

Debby, you are not weak at all but ambitious to achieve lots of lovely stitching :)

Wendy, I know how you feel: Some projects seem hard work but once you see more of your little puffin, more she will appeal to you. May be, stitch just a bit of her each day and then stitch something easier at the side. Don't forget to post updates :)

I am picking her up today to do some more! :D and yes I know, do a little bit and have another small 'something' as well! It makes sense...just sometimes I seem to lack that sort of logic!! :tizzy:

Look at what arrived today :whoop:

I will stitch this on either off-white or natural coloured linen.

That is just so beautiful. I have a couple of charts with flower arrangements (all waiting to be stitched  ) but that one you have just received is so elegant.
Definitely needs to be stitched on linen. I would choose a natural fabric to give an antique look.

You know how much I love my florals  I'm also leaning towards natural linen, also because I have lots of it in 28 ct. Normally I would choose a 32 ct fabric but this design uses lots of beads and ribbons.

Debbie I am looking forward to seeing you stitch these 2 cuties. It is easy to get caught up in these very tempting charts isn't it.

Sina - Love that chart with all those beautiful flowers. It is going to be great to watch your progress on this lovely one.
