This is clearly my "focus" piece, especially since I actually think it might be finished for either my son's birthday in May or for Xmas 2016. The second row is finished with page 6 done. Pages 7,8,9 aren't full pages but almost. There were a lot of color blocks and not as much confetti so this went a bit faster also. I also have gone back to using my Lowery stand and two handed stitching is easier. Now that I have found a way to position the stand that is comfortable for me and for my supervisor (who spent most of her time sleeping rather than supervising), which I guess means that she approves of the set up.


Two thirds + completed.


Now back to "O Kitten Tree" which I have sorely neglected.

The design is so daft & nutty that it can't help but make you smile.

On the bottom row now and only a few pages left. I stitched about 1/3 of page 7 and then got bit by the Hardanger bug. So here's my latest update.


oops, excuse us. That is Laverne sitting on it and I guess declaring that she can be a pirate too?



It was hard to not continue to the finish, but once I got the Hardanger bug I knew that this would have to wait it's turn.
