The pictures could also be tagged here?
I know I dont always check the gallery but i do check all new posts.

My first dig out of my stash is
Vervaco - Popcorn the bear - Friends This kit hasn't been started the only thing I opened it for was to nick the needle out it but i shall provide a new one on the aida.

When you upload it if you hang around until the full picture comes up on your screen, scroll down and there are two options to select. There is a copy forum code option, select on the right and CTRL Copy and paste into your reply. I hope thats a good description for you :)

Put this one in the gallery too. I was thinking if this post gets longer (4+ pages or so) it would be easier to look in the gallery rather than having to click through each page to see everyone's kits, especially since this will just be an ongoing thing. I like tagging them in the thread too, but let's put them all in the gallery too.

I have 2 I'll offer up
Neither are my stitching style anymore, I'm not sure Santa ever was.
I've had the basket of apples for a while now- it used to be for my kitchen, never got around to it, moved, and have now changed my kitchen decor
The Santa.. I'm not sure when, where or why I picked him up- your guess is as good as mine.

I don't have any of the specifc details on the kits right now; size, manufacturer, fabric count.. etc. But I can get them if anyone is interested. I know neither have been started. I'm sure both have been opened at some point. There is fabric and floss for each.

Hi, I am a new member, but I would like to participate (I have to post a few more times to be able to see the Gallery).

I bought 2 kits from Design Works:

I finished Polka Dot Kitty but I am not liking the Leopard kitty, I would rather have the Polka Dot Kitty with the PURSE (since it has the same colors as the kit I finished). I have not started the Leopard kitty, but I am sure I have opened it and looked at the chart.

There are only a few posted so far, but this will be an ongoing exchange for as long as there are kits available to share. When you get a chance you can put them in the gallery, but I think they are fine here for now. I may even repost my kits in this thread. I think it will be easier to keep up with what is out there. Welcome to the forum. You will find a lot of friendly and helpful people on here!! As long as all the pieces are still there, the fact that it is open should be fine.

Is there any way to put all pictures in one album to add to as we go thus keeping them all together?

There is the community gallery that is available. You would just need to label it as an exchange kit.

I know but they're all separate albums and thought maybe we could have one just for the exchange that everyone can add to.

If you look in the Gallery there is a button for Members Gallery and also a button for Community Gallery. The Community Gallery is one that everyone can add a picture to. We have used it when we were doing ATC Exchanges and also Charity cards and such. That was the one I was thinking of. When you go to post a picture it should give you the option of Personal or Community to upload. But it is up to you all how you would like them to be posted.

No need to go to a seperate album- just page through the thread
I'll edit the post to delete the photo if anyone wants one and its no longer available

Oh, this is interesting! There are so many kits of mine that I'm thinking of selling, but if I could instead exchange them ... much more appealing! I just need to go through and get pictures. :thinks:
