Where there are two symbols I'd probably do squashed stitches rather than three-quarter stitches because the backstitch line is almost vertical. Here's a pic of what squashed stitches look like relative to a full cross stitch -- it shows full cross, horizontal squashed stitches, vertical squashed stitches:

Thank heavens for Mabel, I don't do computers but she has put the diagrams in perfectly, and they are so easy to stitch too!

Had to share this. I think it's going to look lovely!!

I'm really  stitching this, it will take me a long time to finish this bit but I don't mind. While I'm stitching I'm thinking of What to do next. Looking on eBay gave me the next idea and I have bought 3 kits this week. As the ones I have won't be any good for the scene I have I mind.

You sure do have an eye for what is going to work and where? I think this one is just perfect. I cannot image what Disney in Florida or Paris would think when they see this finished, you absolutely have to take a photo or cam corder style thing and send it to them, they are going to grab it, and you are so right, it would actually be the place to display it, having said that a children's hospital would be a lovely thing to do as well.
Go Paul, more pictures.
