You and your needle have been quite busy! Great projects - and Christmas is just a little over five months away so good for you for getting ready. I especially like the "ornaments by the dozen" - combo of cross stitch and blackwork?

I'm not sure how many pictures I can put in one post, but I have quite a few to round up my year's stitching. First, 9 pictures of the Zoo Animals soft book I have finally completed for my granddaughter (born November 9). This has been sent to her for Christmas. Most of the charts were from Ellen Maurer-Stroh's website. I started these charts over a year ago for my "hope chest" for more grandchildren. So glad I had these available for her first Christmas!

I've also been working on Lesley Teare's monthly birthday fairies to make a calendar for my 6 year old granddaughter. She's getting the first one for Christmas and will get a new CCS fairy each month to add to her calendar. I haven't finished all the CCS charts (have December left to do), and most of them still need to be "finished" which won't take much time, and then, of course, mailed to her each month. This just shows the October fairy. Will have to get a picture of the January one.

Me too!!! What a wonderful gift for a little girl!
I like the idea of a fairy calendar too!
Me three!!! Love those, but especially the soft book!!

I hate to repeat... but it needs to be repeated...
The book is fantastic!
All of your projects are lovely, and I am so inspired by your lovely finishes, that I have promised myself that next year, I will dedicate some time to actually finish off something that I have completed stitching.
Thanks for sharing!
