Is there an exchange I can join?

Disney ATC or bookmark exchange are still signing up I think cos we've not got our mailing addresses yet & I really need to start mine lol xx

And there are rumblings about a Halloween themed biscornu exchange.

But basically there is only one rule here: if you are a member, you can join any exchange that's still signing up folk. (and in principle, that can even mean an exchange that hasn't begun exchanging yet! )
