Another newbie here

Post by MarieR »

Hello all,

I found your board over the weekend, and I'm very impressed! You all seem so friendly and helpful. I'm a transplant from England--been living in Massachusetts for over 10 years now. In the past I have done a little cross stitch, but it was very simple stuff. I'm just now getting back into it, and I know I'm going to have some questions. I have one already, but I'm not sure which forum would be best.

Anyway, thanks for having me. I look forward to spending time here.

MarieR :D

Wow--more welcome posts! Thanks, everyone. My most recent English home was in Hertfordshire, within commuting distance of London. Before that I moved around all over England and grew up more in Ireland (Cork) than England, so I'm a bit of a hybrid. Hubby and I got the wander-bug and decided to make a big change 10 years ago, so here we are!

Happy stitching!
