Question I was asked
I was asked what I like to stitch. My fav. designer is Teresa Wentzel. I just finished her Storyteller. Right now I am working on a couple Easter things. Simple stuff. lol What do you all like to stitch?
Re: Question I was asked
EVEYTHING!!!!!!! Well not really as I don't like to stitch buildings unless they are in the background but I like so many different things that it is hard to say what I like it is easier to say what I don't like.
If you are looking for some one to help change you, look in the mirror
Re: Question I was asked
I agree with rose. It's hard to say cause I like to many designs.
Re: Question I was asked
Easy - Peacocks!!
I love all sorts of things though, if it takes my fancy then I stitch it.

Re: Question I was asked
I don't really have specific designers I like, but I can say I generally like anything to do with animals, birds, flowers, scenery/landscapes, butterflys/insects, Big cats etc.
What I don't like would be anything religious, holiday themed (christmas, birthdays, halloween, easter, valentines etc). Nothing nationalist either or even fantasy/faeries/fairy type of designs (Although funnily enough, love to watch others do them with the bling, beads and lovely colours etc).

Until recently I only did large pieces - but recently developed OBD. Obsessive Biscornu Disorder!! I'm loving making things that are finished in a few days!!
I don't do fantasy or religious themed things but love watching other peoples projects come to life!!

Many years ago cats were worshipped as gods. Cats have never forgotten this.

That's a hard one to narrow down--usually just whatever happens to catch my eye at any given moment

Re: Question I was asked
I am one who enjoys xmas, nature, and winter scenes for the most part. I have my eye on two others from Haed, Lady of the Woods and something Elements. Might order them before the sale is over
Re: Question I was asked
I used to stitch mainly Disney stuff but seem to have developed a fetish for coffee themed patterns lately. And desserts.
I've got my eye on several Art Nouveau/Art Deco designs at Sew and So. That could well be my next 'thing'.
I'll stitch anything that takes my fancy though. I like a bit of variety. I quite like to have different fabrics/colours/styles on the go so when I switch from one project to the next, it feels like something very different. Doesn't always work like that, mind
