I have one more again today.

I must have been lucky when I spent two weeks in Fife not having to eat that kind of porridge.
Black pudding, however, is a traditional thing we make at pig killings, and is my favourite! :P

Up to 6 now. I love White pudding, only had it in Ireland though, didn't realize it was a Scottish thing too.

16. Peterhead
North of Aberdeen on the north east coast. AKA The Blue Toon .

29. Aberdeen Angus Beef
Beef from the Aberdeen Angus cow. Famed worldwide for its tastiness.

39. Stovies
Usually made with leftover meat, tatties and onions. Very stodgy and great on a cold winter’s evening for filling you up and keeping you warm! Traditionally served with oatcakes and beetroot.

23. Ythan
River in north east Scotland in Aberdeenshire.

31. Cranachan
Dessert made with whipped cream, whisky, honey and fresh raspberries. Absolutely delicious!

34. Edinburgh Rock
AKA Castle Rock. Softer than conventional sticks of rock. Usually in chunks rather than a stick, with a soft, crumbly texture.
