Look what arrived in the post this morning:
I am so excited to start this peice
but will be good and get some more revision done so I can start it later this evening.

Is the background filled with stitches or is it stitched on yellow fabric?

The fabrics a yellowy cream colour so not the whole background is stitched. There's some stitching at the bottom and a few half stitches in horizontal lines which make up the background too. It's difficult to explain so it's probably better to understand when I put a picture up

I have this kit waiting in my stash to be done, and all of the others by the designer on my wish list on sew and sew. I really want to get on to it but I have lots to do first *sadface*
I'm really looking forward to seeing it come together and finding out how easy it is to stitch

I started this last night and got quite a lot done (most of the dress in fact
).
I am really enjoying it as it is lovely to stitch and the chart is massive so easy to follow. It also comes with 2 charts - a background one with just the cross stitch on, and a 'complete' one with all the back-stitching detail.
I am also definitely putting her other designs from this range on my wish list!
