I have seen the sugalite one before and agree that it is really a stunning piece. Anytime you have rich blues like that on a parchment background, you have a lovely contrast.

Sorry, all. I thought I would be substitute teaching today, but instead my son woke up at 3am sick. So instead of Civics and US History, it's been a day of pancakes and Sesame Street. For your patience, you get an extra pick today!

Wizard and Moon Dragon is a HUGE, 125 color HAED. For me, this is one of those designs in which I like a lot of the elements of it without being in love with it as a whole, but there's no denying that it's very eye-catching!



Winter Magic is also a HAED, this time by Kirstin Mills. A little more cartoonish than my usual preferences, but I am just utterly charmed by these plump little dragons perched like birdies.



Villa Borghese Dragons by Silver Lining depicts actual gargoyle dragons from the Villa Borghese in Rome. I Googled pics of the actual statues - these are a very good likeness!

Winter Magic. which I don't think I saw when I did the "subjects" at HAED and did dragons. I don't think they cover all of their subjects when you click on them, so this has been very good, but potentially very expensive

I think that starting tomorrow, I'll put up 3 picks per day. (I would love to be able to take advantage of he HAED sale if our winner picks a HAED chart. And even if they don't, I fear I've found some designs that I'm just going to have to have. Le sigh.)

Dawn Awakening is by Dracolair Designs and is part of a series of 4 dragons representing different times of the day. They are stunning.



Paladin is by Fire Wing Designs, and he is such a regal, fierce looking little beastie. I think he's pretty fabulous. I may have to stitch him up sometime. This bingo is going to be very bad for my stash accumulation.

None for me today. Stuck at 5. But don't you think that the Dracolair series would make great corners for my dragon afghan? And my HAED wish list has grown by leaps and bounds since this started. Not just adding some of the bingo dragons but even more, though I am exercising restraint there so I don't peek at any of the bingo choices. The only dragon I stitched before this was a Teresa Wentzler dragon sampler.
This Bingo is going to cost me some bucks, I can tell.
