Jorja Hernandez' Needlework Shop Chart

I would like to ask for help in getting Jorja Hernandez' chart "Needlework Shop". I had bought Cross Stitch Gold magazine (can't remember the issue number) wherein it has included Jorja's chart for Kooler designs.

I had taken it (the chart) out from the magazine coz I gave the rest of it to a friend. When I get back to it so I can began stitching it I found out that I had a missing piece, the 4th part of the pattern and the part that has the color key is also missing

I hope you can help me on this. Thank you very much.
