Dimensions - Mariner's Light (Completed November 2012)

Post by Imme »

Before I had picked up Glory of Autumn again, I started and completed another small project, Mariner's Light. This one was done on 18 count Aida and measures 5" x 7". I started it in April and finished in November. I did take some progress pictures for you; however, our computer crashed a couple of months ago and we lost all the pictures. I do have the pre-backstitching photo and the completed picture for you. I do hope to take it to the framers soon so I will try to post a picutre of it on the wall as well.

:applesauce: Very pretty. It is a great example of how important backstitching is to a piece. You did a wonderful job.

I love it! I really don't like backstitching but this shows just how important it is.

When I posted this, I didn't realize it really showed the difference of backstitching. But I do like it now too.

Thanks for all the awesome comments!
