So I have some exciting news. We put an offer on a house in Vermont and it was accepted today, so in June we should be closing. My bank wanted an 8 week window for some reason, but apparently that's somewhat typical in VT? There's a great little bedroom that I will be appropriating for my craft room and I can't wait to move everything in and actually be organized!
Of course this means that I'm on a stash ban for a considerable time, but that's okay. I fortunately ordered a few things before the accepted offer.

Oh that sounds like wonderful news tiffstitch and if it means being on a stash ban for a while it will definitely be well worth it. I'm so glad you've stocked up so you won't be without stitching projects to do.

Yes we have a terrible system here- we have ours on the market and the agents are not even telling us the truth half the time. Playing one vendor off against the other grrrr I am currenty sorting my craft room ... and hoping there will be space for another one in the new place

Congratulation on your new house. Having your own craft room will be great. My husband reckons our dining room is my craft room as he has to move things to sit and eat and is always finding bobbins of cotton and bits of thread. Good luck with the move.
