Creating a Cross Stitch Pattern

Hello! One of my good friends is a First World War buff. I would like to cross stitch an image of the monument at the Canadian Vimy Ridge Memorial (

http://www.veterans.gc.ca/eng/Memorials/france/vimy" target="_blank). I cannot find a cross stitch pattern of the Vimy Memorial. Do you know how I can create a pattern or where I can go to get a pattern created?

You can download software (eg. PC stitch) that can turn photos into designs or alternatively get someone to design a piece if you dont think you could. There are loads of different designers dotted over the internet that would be willing to (for a small fee ofcourse) to do this for you. A basic search on google might come up with some people or if you check out etsy there are a lot of people there who sell designs who are willing to do custom work

Or you could ask our wonderful skitzzzzz who has converted pictures to beautiful charts for several members...
