Clay Pot Art

For anyone that wants to have a fun and easy gift as a Christmas present(I know I said the nasty C word) Sorry but I thought you might want to try this.
First you will need 4 clay pots. 2 medium and 2 small pots. Glue them together as I have pictured. I use a Quick Hold Craft Glue.
Once the glue has dried paint the bottom 3 pots white. As shown in the picture below. I use Indoor/Outdoor Acrylic Enamel paint.
Once the white has been finished and the paint dries move on to the unpainted portion of the clay pots. Paint them with the black, as I have shown in the following picture.
This will finish the outer colors. I then spray them with a clear coat of finishing spray. This should dry for at least one day.
The following day you can then finish. Paint on a face or if you can find then you can use decals. I use decals.
Next glue on 3, 1/2 inch pompoms down the front of the snowman.
Finally finish the snowman as you would like to decorate as you would like them. I use pipe cleaners for the arms and sparkly one around the hat brim to decorate.
