Large Treasure Hunt Bookshelf released today!

For those who have been waiting for the Large Treasure Hunt Bookshelf to be released, today is the day! And it is large. (too large for me) But it is beautiful.

I might have totally gone off the deep end but I am very very very tempted. I love colors, I love books, I love fantasy themes. Everything is here and it would be the achievement of a lifetime...

The finished size is huge though, and framing it would probably bring the need for reinforced walls and wall fixings But then again, once finished it would make a lovely blackout curtain

I just looked at how big it is and how many pages, and I just started laughing because it is so crazy.

Are there any other HAEDs this big, because this thing is HUGEEEEEEE.

I am literally afraid to even think about starting this. At first, I thought I would be all about it, but it's starting to intimidate me a lot.

And if I was going to do it, I think I'd want the bigger piece, because there's so much tiny detail in it.

I think I must be completely crazy (ok, I know I am, lol) but I purchased and downloaded the large page version of this chart - it is 160 pages!!! And uses about 200 skeins of floss...

Thank goodness I got Michaels and Joann gift cards for my birthday, I'm going to need them to kit this up, lol!

So I just did some math...With the average of 400 stitches a day this would take me roughly 5 years to do if I work on it every single day

I will have to consider it though honestly. Maybe I will buy it once I finally finish one?
