Ok I found this amazing recipe and had to try it.
S'mores cupcakes!

and here are mine..i made these for mother's day..some for my mom's house..
and some for the big Korean family..the inlaws...
I made mini ones for the kids too!

These look soooo scrummy. I love cupcakes you can have one n not feel too guilty cos they aint that big. This recipe is a keeper!!

I am so sorry I cannot use this recipe - half of the things that you need for them don't even exist here

And I thought it is only me. We don't even have peanut butter here. Well, in Tesco sometimes, but extremely expensive. But lemon curd - absolutely nowhere. (It was my favourite breakfast while in England.)

No lemon curd? *jaw drop* ZOMG! Lemon curd is mmmmmmmmm so good. Have you tried making your own? I heard it was very simple to make.

Lemon curd is incredibly easy to make, provided you can get lemons, sugar, butter and eggs. That's all it is. Shall I post the recipe in our cookbook?
