A belated congratulations, Sue!

And thank you Mags, for the wonderful links. Now, can you please help me find some tips for a very fast weight losing diet? :D: - but I really mean it :?

Do you know, while I was doing this bingo, towards the end of the game I was getting heartily sick of chocolate  It didn't last long though :D

I could do with a good diet myself. A few years ago I cut out grains (wheat etc) and I did lose quite a bit. However I don't follow that diet anymore and I put more lbs on

I am thinking of doing it again, but it is not easy, quite restrictive and you must of course make sure you get your vitamins etc from something else.

Shingles is very effective :-( -- and I had pretty spectacular results with pneumonia when I was 12; it got rid of the puppyfat permanently, though I wouldn't recommend it to anyone :-)
