The Cloud Cake sounds lovely, but you do realise, don't you, that Nigella's recipes only work if you can pout while cooking ?

I haven't tried any of her recipes although this cake does sound nice and is wheat free which is a bonus, so I might just give this one a go

I have never heard of the Quality Street chocolates. Don't know who Nigella is but the cake does sound very good. Smarties used to be a favorite of mine but not so much anymore. Guess what I saw at the store the other day...................Chocolate Skittles, sounds terrible to me.

It is very strange that Quality Street have not made it over to you Rose, they are such a huge part of chocolate gift giving here
They have done something bad to Smarties, you see, I am a melter of chocolate, even if there is a shell, so when I grabbed some Smarties the other day it was a big shock to find the shell now tastes horrible, I enlisted the girls at work to back me up on this, one even spat it out!!
