Hello from Yorkshire

Post by BevR »

Well I guess I should jump right in and say hello to the board

I am 40 years old and starting stitching 21 years ago when I was pregnant.

I love anything to do with cross stitch and would love one day to pack my day job in and concentrate on the side line I have going

I am a serial starter and serial dieter, ( which is how I found the forum when I typed weight watchers and cross stitch) and get easily distracted when looking at stash

I live in Yorkshire UK ( where they filmed last of the summer wine tv show) with my hubby and four kids ( two girls one boy and one dog- yes my dog is my baby lol)

I am also terrible for the internet, which I would get a lot more done if I wasn't on the mac :D

Hi and welcome. I also get hugely distracted when looking at stash. I can waste hours looking at beautifully coloured threads and dazzling patterns :-)

Welcome from the West of Scotland! Although I'd have to slightly disagree with you that looking at patterns and threads is a waste of time, exactly... Isn't stash a necessary part of life ? (What?? oh dear... ) 8)
