Our Miss Millie Pup - Second Project

Post by kezibell »

Image

Having completed my cat picture, here's the second chart that Skitzzzzz has made for me of our dog, Millie, same size photo, etc, so I hope to complete and frame this one too to have a matching pair!

I've made a good start and love working with a change in colours.

I've invested in a good light, so I can stitch more in the evenings, wish I did this before, its brilliant! Update soon!

What a beautiful dog. Can't wait to see your updates. I've also bought a new light after struggling with a little one for years. Makes a huge difference doesn't it

She's coming along nicely! So pleased with this so far, so upset though that I spent Sunday xmas shopping and didn't get a chance to stitch at all!

Progress is just so fast.

I must admit I always have a chuckle when I see little dogs. The thug of a cat in my avatar (Albert) would have had so much fun. He weighed 16lb and so terrified our neighbour's Doberman/Alsatian cross that on hearing him land on the fence, she ran away as fast as she could, while looking over her shoulder rather than where she was going. Our other neighbour had a puppy he enjoyed. I saw him sit 6" from a small hole in the fence that he enticed the puppy to bark through. After 5 minutes of sitting motionless BAP-BAP-BAP, three raking hits to both sides of puppy's nose had it screaming and running home. Not a nice cat in his treatment of dogs, large or small.
He would have loved a small dog to play with, though... :thinks:

Regards,

Richard.
