WOW this is looking great and the b/s looks good too. I often go with what I think for the b/s rather than what is shown and you have done well with it. :whoop: :whoop: :whoop: :applesauce:

I decided the off centred name was driving me crazy. I pulled it out, restitched it I'm happier. I'll post a picture tomorrow.

The baby's dad is an artist who does lettering. He might be polite enough not to say anything to me....but it would drive him crazy too.

Finished sand delivered.

Couldn't deliver directly to the parents, so brought sil (baby's grandma). Haven't heard back from anyone...hope they are just busy.

My sister called me last night and said when she spoke with sil earlier, she said they all loved it.

I had so much difficulty with this one. I really would not recommend making it. In the end, I think I did a good job, but I do not like the inside curve. It was to sharp to shape it properly. 8)

:applesauce: :applesauce: This is absolutely beautiful!! An heirloom for sure! I think you did a fantastic job despite the difficulties you had with the inside curve. Santa is not going to pass this stocking by!

Thanks everyone. It was challenging, but they are happy so it was worth it.

Since I had to take Starry Night off the q-snaps I decided it was a good time to take a picture.

Fantastic finish on the stocking, and Starry Night is really coming along. I'd love to stitch it - I have it, just need the time. :-)
