Angel of the Morning by L&L Update PICS UP 14/7/17 PICS

Well here is her thread all to herself seeing as it is taking me so long to do her. The bulk of the pictures will remain on my Squirrels 2015/16 thread but I will put 2 or 3 on here including today's update. Starting with the
picture from the front of the chart pack loaded on the 12/8/15.

and the first post from pg 14. 12/8/15

Face and 1 hand finally done. 19/10/15
Image

Bodice done. 6/2/16

Where she got left 1/10/16

AND
Most recent update from today.

Where the stitching on the right hand side finished is the 1/4 line of the chart, so still 3/4 to go. Thankfully the bulk of the remainder is either runs of 1 colour down the dress or blocks of colour on the purple robe.

You can of course find the original set of updates (quite a few of them) on "Squirrels 2015/16 stitching."

Thanks for looking.

Thank you all for your kind words and encouragement. No stitching at all yesterday DD and I were at the mall before 8am and after a quick breakfast got all the food shopping done and any last minute things and then home. I made almond 'icing' aka marzipan and then royal icing for the Christmas cake and a few other bits and bobs and that was IT for the day. I retired to my chair to read a while.

Here is the latest on Angel with both sleeves finished.

Image

The long line of stitching marks the boundary of the robe where I have started the darkest purple. It is actually the skirt part of the dress.
I want to take it to embroidery group tomorrow and I thought if I made the boundaries of the purple clearly I could just take my needle book and the thread and scissors without carrying the big chart etc as well. We will see how it works out.

Thanks for looking.

PS I has only taken 3/4 of an hour to get this onto PB and over to here so not too bad really.
