Only one this year (but as among the other presents was a lovely set of opal pendant and earrings from DH I'm not complaining!)
Youngest gave me a very useful selection of threaders, which should cover pretty much any occasion except for the finest beading needles; the long ones I mean to use to work in tails when I'm trying to use up the last bit of a thread (like the star detailor).
Lovely as well as useful gifts! (Do we get to see a photo of the opals? I love that jewel!)

What beautiful opals and a lovely setting too! I think they are one of my favorite gemstones. They always look a little bit different depending on the light. Thanks for sharing!
