Crikey! That'll be a fabulous first design. And she has made such a good start. All those stitches in one single hour... needle must have been smokin'! 8)

I had to start with little projects so I could feel that sense of accomplishment when I finished something. But I think as she watches this come together she'll be hooked. There's just something about seeing a blob of colors transform into something beautiful.
current project rotation:
Twilight Balloon Flight
The Accolade
Faces of Faery 89
Dad's Flower Pot

A big challenge for a first project, but if she succeeds it will give her such a sense of achievement :)

Although I always encourage people to do something small as their first project if they set their heart on a particular design it is more likely to be completed because are determined to have the finished product.

I am very impressed with the start that she has made and it looks very neat. Looking forward to updates and wish her well in her new hobby.

This is a beautiful kit. Your sister is going to love the finished piece. She has a great mentor in her corner so she is on her way. :applesauce: Hope the two of you have many happy hours of stitching. :D
