Well, some of you already know that this is in the pipeline:


I will be stitching it 1 over 1 on 28 count Jobelan in forget me not blue. Here's a stash photo, but it really doesn't do the colours justice. Some of the blues and oranges are absolutely mouthwatering!


Now all I need to do is sew it onto the scroll frame and grid it up.

This is a lovely design. I've pulled up the magic bench!

WOW what an awesome project and it is going to look so gorgeous when it is done. Looking forward to the updates on this one.

One of life's greatest pleasures is a bobbin box full of lovely colours, ready and waiting for the first stitch.



The fabric is on the scroll frame so I just need to put in a couple of rows of gridding and I'm away.

Oh my god, the loot to start that looks as massive as my Fire Cat that I totally didn't get very far on! I can't wait to see the first pic!

The first 625 stitches! I can already tell I'm going to love stitching this one and will have to be very strict with myself if I'm going to finish Cat in a Window in time to give it to Mum for Christmas, as planned.

It's a lovely image, and the oranges are going to be perfect for capturing that warm welcoming glow.

Thanks for your lovely comments, everyone. I decided to give myself until the end of July to stitch this one to get the excitement of a new start out of my system before going back to Cat in a Window. Here's my progress so far.
