no advice but lots of sympathy and hugs! getting Power of attorney in nice and early is very important as you have found, otherwise its even more frustrating and infuriating.

didn't realise you were still having great problems, how awful for you, mentally tiring as well as stressful times, drains you completely of energy, you must feel utterly exhausted most of the time at the moment. Hope things can be sorted out somehow & pdq at that!!

Expect you'd use it to hit your dad on the head anyway & we don't want you to be had up for GBH, that would be the last straw.

Sorry to read you are having such a tough time with beaurocracy Wendy & I do hope things will sort themselves out soon. So many problems & headaches that you really do not need caused by others, what a dilemma this all is. Must be really tough going when meeting stalemate all the time . Hoping you get co-operation in the next few weeks so this matter can be settled once & for all.
