I knitted a lot of socks this year. My first pair ever took quite a while to finish, and I learned that it's much, much, much faster to knit worsted weight socks, and if you can manage 2 at a time, that makes it even easier.

First pair ever


Doll Socks (accidentally didn't cast on enough stitches)

Size 12 mens socks, they are finished, but I don't have a photo of the finished pair

Other knitting has been this fun hat with DMC yarn! It's called Top This. The yarn is all in one ball and changes colour and texture and comes with the topper.

Cut it out. Just STOP! These are all so wonderful (esp the dolls’ socks — a learning experience obviously NOT wasted).
