I am always impressed by your hemming as much as by your cross stitching! And the little tiger is cute :-)

Thank you, Wendy and Mabel. If you lived round the corner or at least on the other end of the city, I would teach you to do this edging in no time. I did send a tablerunner -to- be with phazes of edging clearly illustrated on it and an explanation/instructions twice- I mean to two different stitchers. They assured me they did learn from my "Master Class". But it took me so much time to do it! And I have never seen any of them using my merezhka edging.
One more thing. Interestingly, if you google "merezhka", it will show you MCs all done by left handed people. Dont ask me why. At least in photos they show everything being done not from right to left, but vice versa.

Just imagine the stitching group we could have! Another reason someone has to invent Star Trek type transporters. "Beam me to my stitching group at the CSF Stash & Grab" sounds great to me! :whoop:

As always an awesome finish on the table runner - love its colours. The little ornament is a real cutie and will look great on your Christmas tree.
Great starts and finishes. :whoop: :whoop: :whoop: :whoop: :whoop:

Ornaments for the tree. They are too large for earings. :D The size of my computer mouse.

You've got a very effective production line going there :applesauce: :applesauce: Is that the plastic canvas you showed us?

Yes, 2 were made on leftovers of th American plastic I had and one was stitched on some rubbish plastic with tiny holes, so my fingers hurt from effort and the pointing finger of the left hand was "wounded" in a few places by the needle. Hence my rush to buy Darice. I like to stitch on it, even though it makes my stitching slower because the needle has to go perpendicularly to the canvas, unlike my "sewing" tqchnique on Aida. Everything is learnt in comparison- after plastic, even the best one, stitching on Aida feels like whistling-easy and demanding less concentration. The worst thing with plastic is fixing the thread when you have to change the colour. Sometimes I use a sort of "mini parking"- a couple of threads hanging from the right side of the work in order not to cut them before using again. With few colours and small area(tigers are 5x6cm) it does work for me.
