Did some work on the stocking. I am considering offering it to someone else. I was making it for Skye. But this week through FB I got in touch with my son’s ex-girlfriend. I was heartbroken when they broke up, BUT I felt it was the right thing for both of them. She is now married and just had her first baby. I’ll decide before I stitch the name on.

It is a beautiful and very special thing to give so I hope you will find the right thing to do with it, so that both you and the recipient are happy with it!
Relationships can be messy, and break-ups affect those around the ones who break up - we are going through this with Eldest and DIL, and I sympathise with how difficult it must be for you @hug:

Is that a dragon I see ?

No dragon. Not sure where you are seeing that.

It does look like the outline of a Dragon head blowing at the sweep mouse coming out of the chimney. Its probably a cloud, we must have dragons on our minds.

Lovely update. I wouldn't have thought the area Mabel sees as a dragon's head was one until she said it. I like the bright colors in this one. Is that a cute cat? next to the "dragon's head"? then again, I see cats where no one else does.

The dragon is a cloud shaped sign, like an old fashioned sign hanging outside a store.

And atop the chimney is a little mouse chimney sweep.

I saw the dragon, too. It looks like Pete's Dragon. Love the stocking, and the Doctor Who progress. I still haven't started.

Haven’t been able to stitch much because of my shoulder. I finally managed to finish July’s release. I changed the colours, and used DMC E-colours for the globes.

Good progress. Especially with a sore shoulder!
