So here's a picture of what my current WIP is going to look like. I just started it this past Saturday and it's for my boyfriend who is a big NY Giants fan. I'll post an update of what I've actually stitched later this week.

Actually I am a Bronco's fan but he's from New York so that's why he likes the giants! Good thing our two teams just about never play each other!

All my favourite football teams are in the same flipping division!! Who organised that without speaking to me first? Really!

It's not that big. I'm doing it on 16ct aida with three strand of floss on the stitches which are all full cross stitches. The finished project should be 9" x 7". The pattern was about 2 and a half pages long and I've finished about half a page already. I think I may actually finish this one in record time!

As for the rams, well you never know, maybe they will get better now that they fired the coach. Yeah the broncos finally found a quarterback, but if the defense doesn't start playing we can kiss our season goodbye!

Not got a clue about the teams but will watch this with interest. Is the blue all one colour or degrees of blues? Just wondering if it's going to be lots of colour changes?

No this has only 3 colors: red, blue, and white. I hadn't decide if I was going to stitch the white but I did a little and I think it looks better stitched so I am going to do that. It's actually really easy since there are only 3 colors. I'll take a picture of it and post it tomorrow so you can see the progress.

Good start! But it looks a lot bigger than I thought it would be -- do you know how you're going to finish it yet? (I mean framed or a cushion or a placemat or...)

I'll probably end up framing it. It's supposed to be about 9" x 7". I almost went with the 18ct so it would of ended up a tad smaller.

lol! Yep I agree it goes so fast when it's all the same color. I've never stitched this fast so it's making me happy because I honestly think I can finish this one pretty quick.
