You know that you are just occasionally allowed to stop to eat...sleep...breathe? You'll have this lovely lady done in about 5 minutes I think!

heeheehee, yes, hmm, this one isn't as complicated as the other four, which makes it easier, the borders are only 3 colours instead of a dozen or so like on the others, and the main pic is 2 greens and 4 reds with 1 of em tweeded with brown. M? i was hoping yesterday to make a start on the single row round the outside, but Heloise got her knickers in a bunch over her tree lights which were in a bunch, and i had to sort those out for her (she has her own 6' tree in her room, lordy knows why), so i had to down tools. I got that bit done this morn instead. :lol:
The only thing superglue sticks is..its own lid on..

She really is beautiful. I love the colors. :applesauce: I also got all my decorations up over the week-end so stitching was not done very nuch only about 20 minutes Saturday. :cry:

progress so far, the borders are done, just the big chunk of skirt to do, and...dum dum DUM i got the beads the other day for all 5 of em! so i can get them finished properly now, when this one's done.

Thanx for your comments folks :wub: I've got the bulk of the skirt done now, just the gold lacy bits to do and the red inbetween, then beads!
(and as i said to Sarah yesterday, i promise to catch up with everyone's SAL's too, i'll book the pc for a day over the hols next week and catch up with everyone)
Update piccy tomorrow if i get chance....baking beckons...of speculaas (Dutch cookies for christmas *mmmmm* you might get a pic of those too, hehe)

the gold frilly bits are becoming tedious, so i watched a star trek movie and 2 stargate movies this morning while knuckling down to it; its about half way done.
