Foreign expressions and words

I love to travel, and I try to find x-stitch patterns wherever I go. But does anyone have links that sell patterns in other languages? I have found some international shops, but they sell mostly American patterns or the words are all in English. I would like a Welcome sign in Italian or French...or things like that.
