70th Wedding anniversary

My in laws are going to be going on their 70th wedding anniversary. Does anyone have a cross stitch pattern for their special anniversary. Thank you for your help.

I know this might sound silly but have you ever tried taking little bits and pieces from other cross stitches and putting them together into one big cross stitch.

This has worked for me many times in the past. If you know the sort of things they like, this just might work.

70th is pretty impressive. I think photostitcher's idea is a good one, or have a look at 70th birthday cards to get ideas for designs? There are lots of design motifs on the web (for free!). Have a look.

I agree with the other ladies. At this point in there marriage something put together with items and ideas that appeal to the couple would mean alot to them.

By the way, way to go to the happy couple you don't see a 70th very often anymore.

I have done a sampler for a wedding, nothing so impressive as a 70th though! I love the thourghts of the ladies though, espesially things that are put together that are special to the couple.
