Hello
Hi,
My name is Karen Im 43 and I began stitching in the 80's. I haven't done any for a couple of years and hope to get back into it again as I always found it very relaxing. I have noticed however that the eyesight is not what it used to be - I guess I must be getting old!!!
I re married last august and have 3 grown up children. I work with children and young adults with profound special needs.
I found this forum recently while searching the web for free charts ( I hate to pay for anything if I can get it for free!! )
I look forward to getting to know you all a bit better and also getting back into the stitching world.
Bye for now
Karen

Hi Karen! I'm still fairly new too, and I love it here!
I'm an administrator for my local authority Adult Education, and my faculty provides courses for people with special needs. Although I don't teach, I still find it hugely rewarding.
Hope you pick up your stitching and enjoy the forum!

A stitch in time is my idea of a perfect day!
