Ceitidh... You can purchase it online. Thats how I did mine, and they send you 4 issues at a time every 4 weeks. They also send you the binders as and when they think they are needed.
I haven't spotted the problem that yuor all talking about, but then I don't tend to read the getting started leaflet. I'll have a look and let you know what I find! I'm sure it will be the same as it's all printed at the same time! lol
