Just a quick update: I received my order from Gvellostitch.com and am absolutely delighted. It came well wrapped and arrived very quickly from Canada. And I paid more than £25 less than the lowest UK price. Will definitely be ordering from them again...

This is less of a review (I will write one, once I've received my item though...) and more of a query: Did anybody here ever order anything from a Canadian Cross Stitch site called "Gvello.com"? I just did last night... guilty pleasure... because I saw this "Oak Grove" Cross Stitch kit by Luca-S ...

My girlfriend and I used to call this "fondling" our stash. It feels good. Yeah, I know that sounds weird, but I know you all get it.

I am on the hunt for a 1995 cross stitch kit from the Dimensions Gold Collection called "Mother Earth". I would be sooooo happy to be able to add this beautiful kit to my cross stitch collection. I wind my floss on bobbins and then sort them by numbers into Hemline bobbin boxes. I have got a complete set of DMC threads in their own boxes and quite a few Anchor threads that have their own boxes.

I love Permin gold plated needles, they are not too expensive (I think around £8.50 for 20 of them). They come in a very handy little tube and last for a long time. In fact.
