Okay, so I am doing the "Generosity" sampler from The Drawn Thread series (which I love BTW) and I have to use Overdyed Floss. What are the rules for using this type of floss? I get that it is supposed to be a varigated look, ( this will be used for sheep)
but isn't there something about not cutting ...

evenweaves are nice.........I love the muted colors!

Pick something small to finish so you will have the " I finished something" feeling. Then pick something YOU like.......it's nothing worse than to labor on something you really don't have a feel for. Good luck. EYES--take it from me---they can get strained!! Protect them. Scarlett

I purchased a big light type thing for x stitch. And reading glasses-also working on linen is the culprit I think. So how would I get to post a pic here? Thanks.

Hi, I am from central Va..... and after a few years the 'bug' has bitten again. BUT
my eyes are not the same........they actually hurt after stitching........any suggestions?
I love the Told in a Garden series......and have several of them going at one time.......crazy!
