What a cute design. :applesauce:

Fairy's Little Companion HAED

I finally gathered all of my floss and fabric to start this design. I am going to stitch it on 18 count aida 2x1. I am looking so forward to watching this one come alive.
I will post pictures as soon as I can find my camera.
Hopefully it will look like this when it is completed.

Re: It doesn't rain it just pours

I am new here. Spend as much time as you can with him. Tell him you love him. Cherish each day. Remember to take time to take care of yourself and your Mom too. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Re: haed bulletin board

I agree that it is frustrating. At least now I know I am not alone. I am having second thoughts on doing any of their beautiful designs if they are going to be this picky about who can and cannot join their boards.

Re: Sale - Floss Fairy Available

Wow I guess you got lucky! I signed up for their emails and newsletters too. I never get any coupons in my emails. I wonder if it will be in the flier that comes out on Sunday. I will look high and low for this coupon as I need to get the threads and fabric so I can start my first HAED design.

Re: haed bulletin board

I also tried to get approval to join their board. I re emailed them and got the same response as skitzzzz got. So I also am still awaiting to get on their board.

BTW. It has been a week since the original request and about two days since I got the response from Michelle at HAED.

Re: Need Help with first HAED design!

Thank you everyone for your tips. I think I am going to attempt to use 18 ct 2x1. I will start this new project as soon as I finish my current stitching project which is the Story of the Rainbow Bridge.
This is the chart I am going to do Fairy's little companion by Ching Chou Kuik.

Need Help with first HAED design!

Hi I am new here. I am in need of some help with a HAED. I just received my first chart and I am lost as to where to start. Do I really need to stitch over 1? I have never stitched over one. Or can I do it on evenweave and stitch over 2? How do I figure out how much material to get?

Thank You ...
