Hi. I'm doing 1x1 on 25 count lugana full cross.

I think I really like full cross with 1 strand, the crosses look so neat, I'm a bit of a perfectionist lol.

So here is the start of her wings:

It doesn't look like it but there was about 12 shades of grey in the curly tips of her wings, it took ages with all the colour changes, it is a very confetti heavy chart, so the detail ...

I am stitching her on antique white 25 count lugana, her face is stitched in 3865 and there is a few sparklies dotted around the whole design that'll give her a subtle sparkle.

Well, I've nearly finished page one, not that much stitching to do on it, I'm currently stitching the curly tendrils on her wings, they are really fun to stitch

It feels so strange stitching with one strand of DMC rather than 3 strands, i really like the little crosses too, they are tiny!

It'll take me forever probably, the stitch count is 255x410 which is so much smaller than other HAEDs which I'm happy about

Now I've put Sloth on the back burner, I thought I would start a new post for my new project that is taking Sloth's place.

I have decided to start Magdalene by Myka Jelina, thought I would stitch my first HAED without any background, and so I will see progress more quicky. It is a lovely design and I think Sloth will be put on the back burner for now.

Well I decided that I don't like tenting 3x1 on 25 count, and so I am abandoning my project. Not sure what I shall do instead, but 3x1 tenting is so horrible and bulky , for me anyway. I thought 3000 stitches and then abandon it was better than ...
